AI is already running in your business. Just not under your control.
29.1% of employees in Germany use AI applications at work that their employer never approved. For the applications you did not approve, both are missing: the processor agreement under the GDPR and the risk classification under the EU AI Act.
89% of the companies affected call the implementation effort high, more than half call it very high. 66% say the AI Act brings more disadvantages than advantages. In 2025 it was still 56%.
We tell you which of your processes suit AI, what the build costs and what it brings back. And which ones are not worth the effort.

Operation & improvement
We keep your system running: monitoring, model upkeep, measuring against the acceptance test set. And we build the next case on the same base.

AI integration
We bring AI to where your work already happens: ERP, CRM, email and the applications your teams live in. Your systems stay as they are. AI comes on top.
Training and rules
AI training & governance
We show your people where AI helps in daily work and where its limits are. Those are also the training measures Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks for.
Read and prepare
Data & documents
In most businesses the data sits spread across ERP, spreadsheets and mailboxes, some of it twice over, some of it missing. We bring it into a shape AI can work with at all.
Custom software
Off-the-shelf software covers most of it, but rarely all of it. Where something is missing, we build it ourselves.

Use cases
Where AI takes work off your hands.
Concrete processes we bring AI into, inside the systems you already run. Every use case starts with a process your business already has.
The AI service assistant answers questions from technicians and the hotline out of manuals, service reports and spare-parts lists, each with its source.
Predictive maintenance for machine builders who sell service: AI reads your service reports and shows which machines in your installed base carry the highest failure risk. No new hardware.
AI answers status, date and price questions by email, chat or phone straight from the ERP, naming order and delivery note. Your team takes special cases.
AI inbox routing: emails, letters and broker submissions assigned to customer and policy, with the task in the right queue. People decide the substance.

Clarify first, then build, then run. Each phase has a fixed price, and after each one you decide again.
01
Step 1: Free intro call
In 30 minutes we get a first impression of your business and work out whether an AI strategy is worth it.
02
Step 2: AI strategy
Over one working day we go through your processes with you and your people, using real cases. The result is your prioritised roadmap: what comes first, what can wait, and what you are better off leaving alone.
03
Step 3: Pilot & implementation
The first use case runs in your real operations within weeks, at a fixed price and with acceptance criteria agreed in writing up front. Built directly inside your systems.
04
Step 4: Operation & improvement
We take on monitoring, model upkeep and keeping up with new rules such as the EU AI Act, and build the next case on the same base.
Compliance from day one
AI that does not become a compliance problem.
Processing in German data centres, a data processing agreement from day one, and an EU AI Act risk class for every use case, documented before anything goes live.
The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, just write to us.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. You know your processes, we know the technology. We go through your everyday operations with you and turn them into concrete use cases.
Do you handle the implementation too?
Yes, if you want us to. We build the use cases from the roadmap ourselves, from the first pilot into running operations. It is not required, the roadmap works without us.
What do we get from the AI strategy?
A prioritised roadmap: which use cases pay off for you, what each one costs and brings in, where your data stands, and in which order to go about it.
Are we tied to you afterwards?
The AI strategy and its roadmap stand on their own. You are not tied to us afterwards. If you want us to, we take on the implementation as well and stay with you, with monitoring and continuous adjustment.
Is AI worth it for us at all?
That depends on your processes, not on your industry. It pays off where work repeats daily, where many documents or enquiries pass through, and where people mostly carry information from A to B.
How do you handle our sensitive data?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see your documents, and a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR before we process any data. Run either in German data centres or inside your own infrastructure.
What does the AI strategy cost?
€1,990 plus VAT for one working day together, at your site or online, including the prioritised roadmap. If we do not find three use cases that pay for themselves within 12 months on paper, we refund the €1,990 in full.
